We are working to restore, reinterpret, and reenvision, historical buildings to provide a new use whether its preservation, rehabilitation, restoration and adaptive reuse.

We provide consulting to help guide our customers throughout their project. Through collaboration we refine ideas, solve design problems, and provide guidance.

Residential Design

We create beautiful and functional spaces, that cater to our clients' exact personal needs. Our processes combine, comfort, aesthetics, and practicality to create homes that are uniquely their own

Current Projects

Siler Jones House

The Siler–Jones House, located in Franklin, North Carolina, was once home to Jesse R. Siler—one of the town’s founders. He acquired the property, which included an existing log cabin, around 1820. Shortly after, Siler began expanding the structure into a refined Federal-style home.

Historic Webster Rock School

The Historic Webster Rock School, currently owned by the nonprofit organization Southwestern Child Development Commission, first opened its doors in 1938. Listed on the National Register of Historic Places, this beloved landmark is set to receive a thoughtful restoration aimed at preserving its historical integrity.

This 12,000 Sq. Ft. new construction metal building will be both a Rock climbing and CrossFit gym located in Sylva, North Carolina.

Catamount Elite Fitness

The Rutt Residence is a custom new-construction home nestled in the scenic landscape of Cullowhee, North Carolina. Designed for an active family of four, this residence draws inspiration from traditional Spanish architecture while incorporating modern sensibilities and long-term flexibility.

Original Roofing

Owner and Principal Designer Shelly Gregg can be seen holding a piece of Embossed Tin roofing that was originally installed around the 1880s on the Siler Jones House.

Past Projects

The Jarrett House, listed on the National Register of Historic Places is located in Dillsboro North Carolina. Once a booming railroad inn, it was built by the Dills family in 1884. We had the opportunity to work & consult with the owner, to help guide them with the reconstruction of the front facade

Christmas Shop Apartment Finished Bedroom 1

Originally constructed in the mid-1880s, the Christmas Shop Apartment was once used as storage for the iconic Nancy Tut's Christmas Shop—a beloved landmark nestled in the heart of Dillsboro, North Carolina. With its own private entrance, this historic space has been thoughtfully reimagined as a charming Christmas-themed retreat, offering guests a unique and memorable stay.
